Came to Tucson with the family and got a flat tire…we went to Firestone and waited an hour and they said I’d be another hour so we came to TireUp and the service was super fast friendly the waiting office was clean with cold water and hot coffee. David worked on our tire . If I could give this place more stars I would from service to pricing …. Don’t look around just come here

Best customer service I've ever experienced! I came in at the very end of the day (I called ahead of time to make sure this was okay) with my own tires and wheels to be mounted on my 2020 Volvo V60. I was taken in right away and they stayed after hours to make sure I was good to go. Unfortunately due to the valve stems I requested, I noticed a leak the next day, but I was able to get it taken care of within 10 minutes and haven't had a problem since. Additionally, the waiting room is the nicest I've seen in any automotive business. Coffee and water is available as well as comfortable seats and plenty of reading material. The bathroom is extremely clean and looks good as well. I was treated with the utmost care and this will be my go-to tire shop in the future. Genuinely kind people work there and it was a pleasure to have them work on my car.

They are great! I called them and showed up with a tire that needed to be patched within 10 min of each other met me when I showed up and serviced me right away and with in the next 10-15 min I was good to go. They are quick and have great customer service.
